This girl is super happy because she finally went to Hot8Yoga! She had been scared and kept putting it off for years.

The last time I went, I had cancer—but I didn’t know it yet. I was hard on myself for gaining weight and felt like I wasn’t working out well enough because my body still looked the same. Looking back, I was incredibly lucky that the tumor never burst during those classes.

Obviously, I had to stop. But I always knew I needed to go back. Still, I was scared—what if going again somehow brought the cancer back? (Silly, I know.)

Right now, I’m working hard on my mental health, and I decided it was time to take my power back. So, I went! I’m healthy now. Everything is in the past. The full circle has closed, and I am the strongest I’ve ever been!
