Feature request: Gift Warps w/ message

Why?
- Allows users to give kudos for specific behaviors
- Increase rate at which Warps are gifted
- Provides insight into what types of actions incentivize Warp gifting

Seconding this! Crazy the impact this could have on retention, too… the dopamine hit of being gifted Reddit gold is real, why not warps as well?
