Most smart people have lots of ideas that can’t fit in a cast but never get around to publishing them.

By setting a deadline & coordinating publishing, I hope to create a forcing function to share ideas w/ a group of people who assume positive intent.

The goal is to establish a foundation of Farcaster native ideas.

What is Onchain? 

A coordinated essay campaign on Farcaster.

Why now? 

Farcaster is emerging as the high-signal intelligentsia within crypto, similar to the role that Twitter / X plays among other social media platforms. Small, but punches above its weight in ratio of live players & founders.

I am excited to announce that my essay, Thoughts on Selling Generative Art, has been published on @highlight.

As someone who grew up in the U.S. with reliable access to USD, I didn't *truly* understand "crypto's killer use case": stablecoins.

What clicked for me was comparing the origins of Eurodollars post WW2 & how American regulators reacted to the fact that eurocurrencies found PMF.
