Here is an example of how we could use a /splits contract to reward a Revenue Chair at /purple Setup a Waterfall to split the proceeds from the daily auction w the following tiers: - Tier 1: The 3-month average auction price to treasury - Tier 2: 10% of the average to the Revenue Chair - Tier 3: Remaining to treasury

This aligns incentives: - It has no downside for Purple since it captures 100% of the trailing average - If Revenue Chair can consistently outperform historical performance, they earn ETH - Purple still captures upside from residual It would be even better if Revenue Chair could earn a % of upside too cc @abram

make it two tier with the residual a split btwn treasury and purple (say 20/80). looks like a GP incentive for a fund! (purple gets 100% to the hurdle and the chair gets 20% of upside beyond)
