qualitatively positive, people seem to really like it and the overall spend is sustainable for us. quantitatively harder to measure, there are a lot of confounding factors so we can't prove that it leads to better retention or engagement. we will likely keep it in the same format through the end of the year, and then step back and think about what we want to do for 2025.

I wondered if it rewarded those who were already being rewarded with engagement. I imagine what I'd want to incentivize isn't for the top people to succeed more but for *more* people to do better in terms of engagement. But it's an easier experiment in execution to reward the top than to try and reward the mid-tier to see if they are encouraged to become the top. Regardless, curious how it plays out.

Got it once and was happy with it! More than I’ve earned on insta haha Noticed they changed things up last week and a few different people got it, I think that was a good move as it makes it seem possible for more people who provide different types of value
