It's all rhythms based on the sun! I've been walking every morning, and I had this same insight the other day. You feel more optimistic when you see the early sun in the sky because it has the energy of potential (and youth)

i had difficulties sleeping lately, so i'd wake up quite late - around 9 am. this week, i changed that by committing to run early in the morning, no excuses. it feels so great afterwards; i feel energized and thankful for a new day
