How has open AI not released a dedicated translation app yet?

I want a simple app that you open and gives you real-time voice.

I don’t want to have to prompt every time “translate this to English translate this to Spanish.”

It should just know if I’m speaking Spanish then translate to English and if I’m speaking English it translates to Spanish

If you do this with ChatGPT, it’s not reliable or consistent, you have to keep re-prompting it

I suppose they don't see much sense in something so specific and that they already cover many other traditional apps. I could be wrong but perhaps they are considering at least making a specific app just for translating, when their AI covers so many other functions.
