Extremely uncomfortable to post something online, get negative feedback from strangers and have the willpower to say thank you and move on

Feedback should and mostly is always be coming from a place of good intent. Constructive feedback = more growth. 

Feels silly saying this after my rant, but different circumstances.

Remember that getting negative feedback is better than getting nothing. Getting anything at all is a sign that someone cares.

Super uncomfortable but helps tear down our (misaligned) desire to have everyone accept us. It’s a great exercise. What did you put out there?
