BigCo life is about 10 people asking each other “well what do YOU think the VP wants?” and the analyst having to write and rewrite until all 10 are happy

Then an 11th person says it’s too long and we should trim it down

there was a deck at Google called Collaboration Headwind and the guy had mathematically shown how difficult it is to achieve anything with more than 8 people

You forgot one step: the VP takes it to the EVP only to realize the EVP meant something else...rinse and repeat process.
