I’m a big drinker of milk.  If your body is able to digest it, similar to eggs it’s a “cheat code” for good nutrition.  

High quality milk, from cows eating grass is a “luxury” for most.  Been missing access to terrific dairy since we moved to the Southcoast; new addition… living the good life this summer with this.

Growing veggies for the fine folks of Southeastern Massachusetts, w/ a focus on nutrient quality. Always interested in the evolution of digital payments.  🎩
