confused how 2 win. Perused airstack link but not very clear how it’s graded. 

Does it only take into account casts tomorrow? 
Does multiple matter? 
If Vitalik doesn’t cast tomorrow he gets a 0? 
How is leader tracked throughout the day?
Is there actions we can do to help the person we voted for?
