Didn’t his media company purchase an exchange? I wonder if the more tactical possibility is a ruling that sets the precedent that the decentralized and encrypted nature of blockchain allows arms-length transacting enough to de-conflict having too many hands in too many pots so to speak. AKA, legitimizing the risk of rug pulls and private inurement to deregulate and incentivize dominating in development of the space. I’ll set my tin foil hat aside now, lol.
