Who here has used or currently uses Jira (by Atlassian) and what do you have to say about it? POAP Inc uses it heavily and we are exploring alternatives.

I considered Jira for my company, but I chose Youtrack. It customization possibilities are endless bacause you can use javascript. I use it heavily for automations and safety checks.
