I’ve had several similar experiences with the following thoughts mid-conversation! For example: 

- we are all the same beings driven by the same needs and desires (to some extent)
- we all have bones and a skull (I then proceeded to picture a skeleton talking to me, not on purpose)
- wondering whether there is someone controlling our thoughts

sometimes i get a lil too caught up in my head mid-convo w someone when the realization hits like “this….a whole ass human being in front of me. with their own experiences and hopes and dreams and quirks and thoughts AT THIS SECOND and—😳”
