Both founders, after moving to Koh Phangan, saw its growing environmental challenges and the lack of support for NGOs addressing them. • @paulburg.eth: An environmental scientist who focused on Koh Phangan’s air quality during COVID, Paul identified how practices like waste burning were worsening pollution while grassroots efforts remained underfunded. • @luminaenvisions: A ReFi advocate passionate about tokenizing real-world impact, Lumina envisioned systems to help communities scale their work sustainably. Then you need extend your research till all beneficiaries of the war state like EU, Russia, China, India, dprk and so on. Plus include that biggest part of Ukraine assets (like factories, energy infrastructure, resource deposits) destroyed or sized by occupation regime. In addition, Ukraine have to negotiate and trade the deals to get resources to keep resistance. For sure not everyone give their money for free. IMO US was in a way better position before war then now (in case of presence in Ukraine and buying their assets)
