Big news! I’ve been selected as a digital social media ambassador of sorts through the Jeollanam-do Supporters Program 🇰🇷🌏I learned about this through the amazing King Sejong Institute through the Korean Cultural ministry, a program where I studied 한국어 for 2.42 years during the pandemic. It’s an honor—but more than that, it feels like a small stitch in a much bigger tapestry. In an age where walls are going up—literal and mental ones—we need more bridges. More shared stories. More listening across borders. My dad used to remind me: “Think like a watershed.” That the flows shaping our lives don’t stop at city lines or national borders. Whether it’s water, culture, or climate—we’re all downstream from one another.

From the misty peaks of Dosolam Temple to the cherry blossom tunnels at Seonamsa, Jeollanam-do is Korea’s springtime gem. 🌿✨ Stroll under vibrant blooms, reflect by serene waters at Seryangje, and explore timeless beauty at Hwaeomsa Temple. Whether it’s serenity, tradition, or nature you seek—spring starts here. 🌸🏞️ These images and the kindness of this program gives me hope. That in cultivating community, embracing curiosity, and keeping a planetary perspective, we can steer toward something more beautiful, more just, and more alive. Let’s go 🌱🌍
