Fitness

I've been going swimming lately and noticed a few things:

- Smoking , even once a day, is seriously noticeable when swimming 

- Having a good pair of swimming goggles seriously makes a difference. I had bad ones and it was just so stressful

- It is quite tiring on the muscles. You feel it in no time
