Why do scammers all use the same script?🛑

They are a group and they work in shifts! Every shift have a boss who provide to them what to speak and to wrote,its not always a same script there are a some changes in scripts but its a same goal. 
With victim don't speak always a same scammer when they change shifts a second scammer must to know what his coleguale speak before with victim. My experience show me before how they made mistake they ask me same question twice. Its very important to be very careful especialy at begining of texting and to not trust anything!
