/zora In April 2021, CyberKongz sold Genesis Kongz NFTs. The SEC treated these NFTs as securities and issued a Wells notice – an official letter saying enforcement action is possible. CyberKongz has argued it was a contract migration not a primary sale, but the SEC’s stance shows the growing scrutiny of NFT securities in the broader Web3 space. This isn’t just about one project. It’s a test case. If the SEC treats these NFTs as securities, it will change the tokenomics, fundraising and community governance models of many blockchain gaming projects. CyberKongz has 30 days to respond and its defense will shape the broader conversation around digital gaming assets. Time is running out.

One of the strangest female painters in the history of art is Judith Leyster. This Dutch artist, who lived in the "Golden Age of Holland", put down his pen after his marriage to another painter and stopped painting. Most of Lister's remaining works are related to the years between 1629 and 1635. After the death of Judith Lister in 1660, many of the works of this female painter were attributed to great contemporary male masters, including Frans Hals, and these works were sold at high prices. It was only in the 1890s that a Dutch historian realized this and the name of Judith Lister came out from under the dust of art history! Currently, Judith Lister is known as one of the most important female painters in history.

The painting "Storm on the Sea of Galilee" is Rembrandt's only painting of a seascape. Rembrandt created this work at the age of 25, in 1631. This painting was stolen on March 18, 1990 from the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum in Boston, USA, and no sign of it has been found until today.

Jan van Eyck's masterpiece, the Ghent altar painting, has been restored several times throughout history. One of these restoration operations took place between 2012 and 2016. In the center of the bottom row of this multi-layered painting, we see an image of worshiping the Lamb of God (the symbol of Christ).
