We have just posted a new proposal to lower the fork threshold to 10% in response to the proposed Nouns DUNA. Movement to a DUNA is fundamentally misaligned with some DAO members' values and vision for Nouns. The current threshold of 30% fails to provide adequate protection for active minority voters. https://www.nouns.camp/proposals/642

Nouns DAO will go broke in 458 days if it continues spending at the same rate it has over the past year. During this period, auction revenue has brought in 4,952 ETH, while 8,944 ETH was spent on proposals. To provide more transparency and insights, we’ve launched the Stats page on NounSwap.
