In my opinion, the most successful productions in the Disney era of Star Wars have been the ones that are lower stakes. For instance, I thought 'Andor' and 'Rogue One' were terrific. When the stakes were super high for the previous trilogy, and what was produced was a muddled mess of storytelling. How could Disney lower the stakes? Nordstrom is selling a $535 candle. The reviews only give it 3.3 stars out of 5.0. If you’re going to charge $535 for a 1.2kg candle, it had better get better reviews than that. For many years before my present job, I worked remotely, and thus the only time I saw coworkers was during online meetings, which I always find stressful. Now I work in an office and have a cohort of fellow employees whom I socialize with. I don’t really care if it makes us more productive at work because we socialize, but it is a valuable social outlet.

The phones in question had a few things in common, they were all running iOS 18.0, and they had been disconnected from cellular networks for some time. They were sent into a forensics lab on October 3, 2024. According to an alleged law enforcement document obtained by 404 Media, officers suspect that the iPhone units might be restarting themselves because of changes in the iOS 18 update. The officials hypothesize that an iPhone running iOS 18 can send signals that make nearby units reboot if the device has been kept disconnected from cellular networks.

Destination Colombia: Investment visa considerations ═══ ⋆ ☆ ★⋅☆ ⋆ ═══ I’ll soon be traveling to Colombia to look at residences, with an emphasis Medellin, "city of eternal spring." I'm also considering Panama, but the places that interest me there are more isolated and less populated (e.g., Boquete; it could take 24 hours to get from Kentucky to Boquete, and a lot can go wrong along the way). In choosing Colombia, I can leave my home in Kentucky and be at a residence in Medellin in eight hours, via Orlando. Also, I have a plan to secure an investment visa in Colombia. Obviously, I'll have legal counsel in the country to help. I won't be starting a business myself. I have a plan to invest in an existing business, and I'll be meeting with potential partners in the coming months. I’m extremely happy ‘The Fifth Element’ is returning to the silver screen this month. I’ve seen this film countless times, but the only time I saw it in theaters was in 1997 when I was living in Bavaria. The audience of Germans I saw this film with HATED it. I thought it was fun and delightful, which I believe is confirmed by its continued popularity for nearly three decades.

I am traveling to Colombia in two weeks time to look at vacation properties in Bogota and Medellín. I have many friends who’ve relocated there (especially Medellín) for work and they praise Colombia for the vibes and quality of life (eternal spring sounds nice). I would love to hear any feedback you might have on the two cities.
