2/ Ordinals track/label satoshis based on the order they are mined/transferred. Inscriptions embed data (images, text, audio) into transactions via  SegWit/Taproot.

Runes > efficient token standard vs Ordinals' BRC-20s . It reduces "junk" UTXOs that can clog BTC network.

4/ One of the 1st Runes projects is $DOG coin (already $400m mcap!), airdropped to holders of his Runestones Ordinal inscriptions.

Runestones were airdropped free to circa 112k wallets that had 3 or more inscriptions on BTC

5/ There's an ocean of new Runes being minted on launchpads like luninexio @runes_terminal. Some are premined, others have zero/low premine. Once minted, tradeable on  @unisat_wallet , @okx & @MagicEden. Note high BTC fees & long transaction times!
