it's not going to solve the major causes - heart disease, cancer, alzheimers etc. but high protein after you are 60 = better muscle mass = lower fall risk for old people, and falls are surprisingly correlated with bad outcomes for the next 12 months.

Hope not. I try to stick to organic and grass fed animal proteins. What's sad is even organic foods are tainted due to pesticides, water run off etc. Even when you try to eat clean there is potential for disease
