Do you own your house too? Being out of debt its awesome! Well im doing moxie now but most of my crypto money is in an ETH and Solana position, i need them to hit 6k and 300$ that would take me out of debt hehe and moxie is a plus! Its helping with the new furniture!

Cool then its up only! I think life is easier economically speaking when you own your house you don't have to worry about money that much like when you have to pay rent or a mortgage constantly! Yes it is on leverage but not too much its a 2.2x something like that i learned to not use leverage the hard way hehe

Yeah the system is broken! And makes people lives more difficult to make them too worried about money... Yes is not bad hehe i also try to make the leverage debt go down so if moxie does good in the next months ill try to get the leverage way down! below 2x!

Yes i am i need to derisk to be comfortable, i don't sell any fan tokens tho, i let those ride and go higher! I want to go above 30 farscore and stay above that! The average house here is around 50.000$ a nice one and apartment its something like that too, and yes they are a lot but expensive, housing is more and more expensive everyday!

Yes here too i live like 20-30 minutes away from the capital a nice house around here costs like 50.000$ in the capital over 100.000$ easy and its ugly haha I maybe reach 30 today after the buy and burn!!! Getting more farscore gets you to earn more because you get more engagement hehe

No i don't fully own it yet, i have a mortgage, 25k$ more and i fully pay it :) seems low but earning high amounts of money here is extremely difficult!
