Has anyone dived into @uniswap V3 LP position data? Why would an LP NFT Mint event happen without an IncreaseLiquidity or maybe vice versa?

An LP NFT Mint event will happen only when the `Mint` function is called.

When calling `IncreaseLiquidity`, position ID is needed, meaning that it can only be called after corresponding position NFT token is created.

I saw there is a Transfer event for NonfungiblePositionManager.. have you seen that an LP position NFT getting transferred from one address to another? If so what would be the reason?

Uniswap V3 LP position tokens are designed as ERC721 tokens, so it can  transferred. Reasons for transfer may include: owner changed address so assets also need to be transferred to new address; use LP tokens to do liquidity mining, lending, etc.
