Also considering building a frontend for the scraper and making it accessible. While researching there were a lot of unanswered questions about getting farcaster data. Something really basic, a simple form that lets you indicate channel and the data you would like to get, and how much of it you would need. Then outputs an airtable, or sheet to give you the data. What do you guys think? does anyone need this

Progress Update After a lot of debugging, the Fully‐Automated Farcaster Scraper is live!!! - Every 6mins, we pull the latest 20 image-casts from noun-arts channels (now supporting multiple channels!), dedupe by cast-hash, and sync straight into Airtable (no manual refresh needed). - Already tracking all the art-based nounish competitions, rounds channels, and art showcases. If I’ve missed yours, reply below or DM me the channel ID to add it (You can check what channels we are currently scraping in our previous update post). Huge thanks to @samuellhuber.eth and @rish for all the logic help🤗 , and @rocketman cause your building buzz is getting everyone.

This isnt great, and aligns with a thought i have been having about creating an investor fund for startups on web3. The danger is you'd need a heavier size of funds per startup and results cant be as regular as a solo flow. And now sustainability and profitability becomes a huge factor limiting what can be funded. My final thought: attempt it and figure it out along the day, there are grey areas not foreseable until it is tried Or simply continue with flows, and offer scaling opportunities to projects that has shown impactful remarkable results, achieving a balance

Progress Report -- Building with Farcaster data has been a mix of curiosity and chaos. I’ve been trying to fetch casts from channels directly — but streams don’t make it easy. Some calls timeout, others return empty even when the channel is clearly active. Debugging RPC limits, switching hubs, and scraping fallbacks — it’s been trial and error, mostly error😀. Having a public scraper might be a good idea for the community still building. still shipping
