I actually forgot to post this before I went to sleep but yeahh I did the morning pages for yesterday in the night lol.

I’m planning to do it early and at a fixed time in the mornings for the whole next week. And also write it quicker so it doesn’t take too long. You know that thing that tasks expand to fill up the time you assign to them, it’s been happening to me with the morning pages. I think it will also be a good focus practice which is always welcome!!?

It’s like a brain dump so I write everything, sometimes how I’m feeling, sometimes my plans, sometimes examining my beliefs, sometimes gossip about something someone said to me. 

There’s no rules or right way to do it, just write whatever comes to mind or whatever you want till it’s 3 pages each morning.
