not sure if they qualify all your requirements but i'd go with Kaiko , they are the best when it comes to CEX data , then probably Coinglass.

Thank you, I appreciate your help. I have a call with Kaiko on Tuesday. However, I have a feeling they will be much more than $150 / month possibly even with annual contract requirements. I will look into Coinglass.

Yeah CEX data is expensive , Amberdata is another one. I know another platform not finding it rn , i'll send it across by tomorrow.
