Thinking of hosting birthday drinks in NYC for ~20 people. I don't want to spend more than $500 to reserve a space. Any have good recommendations?

Reserving a space where people pay for their own drinks, or are you looking to prepay for them? Do you want semi private or totally private? I feel like there are a lot of spots that will reserve you table space if that's all you're looking for. Nice CR pfp btw :)

I think people will pay for their own drinks. I'm open to semi-private, just want to guarantee space for the group size. If you know 1 or 2, would love to know! Thank you :)

If you frame it as just wanting to make a table reservation most spots should be willing to accommodate. Loreley Beer Garden + Vig Bar both have areas that could accommodate your party size. Sweet and Vicious has a nice outdoor area and will reserve spots for you. Good luck!
