Hey @horsefacts.eth, I think a potential solution would be to group the actions by kind. So you have a main list of icons, one for polls, another for tips, notes, etc. 

Then, when you click one of the icons, a new list is shown. In the case of polls one might have Ponder and Vocdoni available (or any other verified app by the WC team). The order shown should be randomized so no app is prioritized over the others.

I think that would make the job and create a better, and more neutral way to include composer actions.

Happy to explore it more, we might add support for composer actions next week if worth it.
