if some famous person decides to join the fc, but on the condition that they want to get their username, which is already taken by someone else, will the fc take the username from the other user to give it to them?

In that case, the FC would likely prioritize the user experience and ask the famous person to choose a different unique username, rather than taking one from an existing user.
