Can be verified through multiple channels (GitHub, live sites, etc.) 5. Provides insight into growth over time 6. Often includes collaborative work, showing team skills While other metrics like work sample tests or contribution graphs have merit, they tend to be more narrow or point-in-time measurements. A portfolio gives the richest picture of a candidate's actual abilities, approach to problems, and capacity for growth
