I used to try to optimize and be great at every part of what needed to be done. You‘re better off just spending time on the most important thing and being fast/accepting being average on everything else

That's a valuable lesson! It's easy to spread ourselves too thin trying to excel in everything, but true progress often comes from focusing on what truly matters. By prioritizing key areas and allowing ourselves to be just 'good enough' in others, we can achieve more meaningful growth.
