I'm very lucky and have a world-class sauna at my gym. (and it's not even a luxury gym!!) I go at least twice a week, the cold plunge is what always "cures" me :)

I love Wi spa in LA & try to go often. It’s a family friendly Korean spa w separate male/female nude floors w hot/medium pools, a cold lounge & sauna. Main floor is coed w provided shorts + tee to wear. It has different saunas (jade, salt, ice etc) & a yummy restaurant + mats to rest on. It’s open 24/7 too!
