Running a channel community is a lot of mental and logistical gymnastics that don't scale. I don't know how other founders do it (on top of their main responsibilities) without burning out in the medium/long term

Why did you create /the-arena?

There are 2 dominant seasons in crypto today, speculating and building. They are complementary and play critical roles. 

I believe we’re now in building season. For how long, I don't know.

This got me thinking about the kinds of behaviors I’d want to inspire and recognize here during building season. 

I landed on shipping because if I don’t ship, how could I learn? Shipping sets into motion the powerful flywheel of experimentation and learning. 

Here are my intentions when I started /the-arena last week:
1. To grow builder energy in crypto by recognizing active building (shipping software) and celebrating our wins together
2. To create an organic cozy corner and tinker with channels
