"Chamomile Dream" - oil on linen, 24 × 24 inches For most of my adult life, I have experienced a fair amount of anxiety. Not to the point where I can't function, but enough so that it is constantly there and causing discomfort. This was made much worse by caffeine - I hadn't been having a lot of caffeine in recent times, but it was still enough to really get the anxious thoughts racing through my mind. So, I thought, enough is enough. I quit caffeine cold turkey and instead started drinking decaffeinated drinks - and my favourite of those has to be chamomile. ☕️
