How the attestation frame works:
1) Tag collaborators, e.g. @[name]. Include yourself if applicable.

2) Describe what you did together and tag the project, e.g. @[name] if applicable.

3) By attesting, you are confirming onchain. This creates your OTTP ID and connects your collaboration graph.

Once you submit the attestation frame, the @attest bot will send a cast to all collaborators to verify the attestation.
