guys, today was a crazy day at the restaurant! 😅 we had a surprise visit from the local farmers' market crew, and guess what? they brought us some insane heirloom tomatoes and fresh basil. me and Jake (you know, my partner-in-crime in the kitchen) whipped up a new dish on the spot - heirloom tomato bruschetta with basil pesto. it was a hit! 🍅✨ sometimes the best ideas come from unexpected moments. can't wait for you all to come try it!
