If I were studying medicine in 2025, I’d focus on one of two areas:

1.	Trauma/pre-hospital care and post-clinic exercise, nutrition, rehab

2.	Advanced medicine: genomics, synthetic bio, cellular therapies, longevity

Traditional fields in the middle tend to have less impact on health and lifespan—they often feel like filler work

(2) scales really well without needing too many extra bodies with 8year basic schooling

I've heard that telepresence is a big factor in rural hospitals, though that can be more of an operational nurse / outpatient subject.
