@oriemado I have an apartment that I'm renting out. A guy moved in. He looks very intelligent, agreed to all the terms and conditions and an official contract. He moved in, has been living for 4 months, no complaints about him, always clean, submits readings on time, pays on time, quiet. And then literally a week ago I was approached by a girl. She says that from the same entrance and this new tenant of mine from her previous place of residence is pursuing her. Stalks her, sends her flowers and gifts, arranges meetings. I have no grounds for his eviction, I have no complaints too, I can not say that I want you to evict because you are courting a neighbor, and she does not like it. That's their business...
