Why did OP Stack choose not to return the final (L1Data+L2Execution) gasLimit in `eth_estimateGas` JSON-RPC request like Arbitrum does? The downside is that it hurts the developer experience and the compatibility of most EVM SDKs and wallet integrations What's the upside upside that justifies it?
