Parents protecting their toddlers from screens are ngmi. 

The future is here. We must adapt them to it.

I'm a bit surprised to discover how triggering I found this

my Dad anxiety levels just shot through the roof

Personally less screen time is needed imo, if any at all. especially in young kids and as much as you can on older kids. Which i know is tough to do with teens😂

And no they will not be behind their peers or not able to adapt by not staring at a screen.

Screen time limits are good for both eyes and behavior
