Wow! That is pretty awesome Jason. Smart thinking to leave early! I could imagine the headache being in all that. No thanks, plus you get a better spot leaving early. Cheers to think ahead lol.

Definitely an early start and something like a record 50,000 people crowded around Waimea Bay to watch.

When I got this shot, around 2 PM, I decided to call it a day. Think I left my Waikiki condo around 3 or 4, and I didn’t want to get stuck in traffic with that many people on a two-lane road.
