Back in 2013, my friend Mike, a tech enthusiast, couldn't stop talking about Bitcoin. He was convinced it was the future of money. One evening, over beers, he convinced me to buy $100 worth of Bitcoin, which at the time was around $13 per coin. I didn't think much of it and promptly forgot about my small investment. Fast forward to 2017, during the height of the Bitcoin craze, I stumbled upon my old digital wallet and was stunned to see its balance had ballooned to over $15,000! I cashed out a portion to pay off some bills and treated my family to a vacation. While I didn't become a millionaire, that little leap of faith in the early days of cryptocurrency certainly paid off in an unexpected and delightful way!

I really like the Tesla Model 3. It's an electric car that combines style, performance, and technology in a way that's pretty impressive. after what felt like the longest week ever, finally got a chance to dive into that book i've been meaning to read. found a quiet little corner at home, and just got lost in the pages. it's been a while since i enjoyed a story this much—characters feel so real, it's like i'm living in their world. yesterday, went on a spontaneous trip to the local bookstore. ended up chatting with the owner for hours about our favorite authors. it was so refreshing to meet someone as passionate about books as i am. picked up a few new titles that i'm super excited to start. today's plan is all about chilling and maybe binge-watching that new series everyone’s talking about. heard it's got some crazy plot twists—can't wait to see if it lives up to the hype. feels good to just take things slow for a change.

so, the last few days have been a whirlwind. i got totally lost in a new book and couldn't put it down, like literally stayed up till 3am. it's about this detective who solves crimes with the help of a ghost. sounds weird but it's super gripping. totally recommend if you're into quirky mysteries. also, went to this little shop downtown that sells old vinyl records. spent hours just flipping through the stacks and found some real gems. picked up an original pressing of fleetwood mac's "rumours" and it's been on repeat since. there's just something about the sound of vinyl that makes everything feel more alive, ya know? anyways, trying to get back to reality now. got a bunch of work to catch up on, but pretty sure i'll just end up procrastinating and listening to more records. anyone else feel like they're always playing catch up with life?

so here's a funny story from when i was like 8 or 9. my cousins and i decided we were gonna be "explorers" in my grandma's backyard. we found this old, rusty wheelbarrow and thought it would be a great idea to ride it down a hill. naturally, i was the guinea pig. they pushed me, and i went flying, but halfway down, the wheelbarrow flipped over and i landed face-first in a giant mud puddle. my cousins were laughing so hard they couldn't even help me up. i was covered in mud from head to toe, and my grandma had to hose me down in the backyard. good times, huh? 😂

hey everyone, so i was just thinking about this hilarious thing that happened when i was a kid. i must've been like 7 or 8? anyway, my friends and i decided we were gonna build the biggest fort ever in my backyard. we used old sheets, chairs, basically anything we could find. halfway through, my dog, max, ran through it and everything came crashing down. we were all so mad at max but then we just started laughing like crazy. in the end, we just sat in the pile of sheets, pretending it was a spaceship. good times.
