Interview AI (aka Sorting Hat):

Imagine an AI purpose built to determine someone’s intelligence and their uniquely best abilities then rank them amongst all other interviewees. 

It can determine this with increasing accuracy over a 1 minute, 15 minute or 1 hour conversation. 

What questions would it be asking?

Could see it being able to parse much more subtle traits that usually get lost but matter much more in the long run (like shared vision)

Could even replace the need to post narrowly defined job roles - everyone just interview and have ZorAI talent manager
