Rhea Bullos, an 11-year-old track athlete from the Philippines, went viral after competing in a local inter-school running meet. Bullos won three gold medals in the 400-meter, 800-meter, and 1,500-meter competitions. The girl went viral not only because she won but because she didn't have running shoes and decided to use bandages as shoes. I always say and I will reiterate that at any point in your life, Know that you have everything you need to succeed. The girl did not focus at what those who had shoes had, she focussed of using what she had and has further opened many other opportunities. Many of us wouldn't have participated for fear of what other runners or spectators were going to say about us and would have missed an opportunity that would have improved our lives and eventually bring other opportunities. How many opportunities have passed you because you are not using what you have? Stop focusing on how other people started and start using what you have. Always remember You are enough.

Two times Russian Olympic champion Anastasia Bliznyuk looks on as young Chinese women she coached go on to beat Israel to claim gold in the rhythmic gymnastics group gold. Born in Zaporizhia, Ukraine in 1994 to former football player of Ukrainian national team Ilya Bliznyuk, she is the only rhythmic gymnast to win three medals in the Olympics. After Russia was banned, she coached the Chinese national team since 2022 and turned them into Olympics champions

In the 1980s, musician Daryl Davis set out to understand the Ku Klux Klan. So he started befriending members at Klan rallies and joined an all-white country band. Then, he met Imperial Wizard Roger Kelly. Davis spent years building a relationship with Kelly, establishing trust and, eventually, a friendship.⁠ They ate meals at each others' homes while Davis listened to Kelly, seeking to see how he could hate a person like Davis without even knowing him. Eventually, Kelly started listening to Davis and left the Klan altogether, giving Davis his robes and hood. And over the past decades, Davis has now convinced over 200 former Klan members to walk away.
