The attached video shows RFK Jr. dropping a ton of methylene blue into his water. Methylene blue is a popular supplement among the anti-establishment health crowd for a variety of reasons that would take a full blog post to get into. It won't kill you if you take it and for the most part seems fairly benign; although the dose makes the poison, and I have seen some say they do not recommend long term continued/daily use. The craziest part of this video is that RFK was dumping so much methylene blue in his water it even made the methylene blue stans say "whoa".

I've only heard of it in the context of fish breeding, I think it's used to prevent fungal growth on eggs 🤷♂️

Yeah... that's a big thing from the type of person that's an outright hater. I (probably stupidly) respect these people too much so you'll never catch me making fun of people for taking the fish tank stuff
