I’m not watching the debate but following enough left / right people on social media, find it amusing that both sides think their guy is winning.

Leftist take on the VP debate:
- both are liars speaking mostly talking points developed by marketing campaigns 
- neither "won" they both sounded like fools
- the left isn't allowed in these debates because we would talk about things like ending the US military empire, ending Israel's campaign of genocide and land grabs, building towards world peace with international collaboration and dismantling the US nuclear arsenal, and addressing climate chaos with a massive mobilization
