What many people don't know is that Onion has great external use for medicinal purposes, and not just internal use through our diet.
Earlier this week I had strong sinus problems: blocked runny nose, congested, pressure and headache across my eyes and forehead.
I cleared most of it overnight with an onion poultice.
I simply chopped onion in a nylon bag, put my feet inside the bag and on top the onion slices, and tie up the bag. Then I wore a sock over it. For both feet.
Went to bed and by morning, nose and head were clear. I could breathe well again.
Your feet have the biggest pores in your body, and they are a reflex for your head, chest, abdomen, and other organs.
