A long time ago I decided that I was a great photographer (spoiler: I wasn’t) and wanted to work abroad. I sent out a bunch of resumes to random places, often without even checking where exactly I was applying. Surprisingly, it worked - I got a response: “We expect you in a week, if you’re late, don’t come.” The response was from a Dominican travel company... I didn’t even know what kind of country it was or where it was located. My language skills were practically zero, and I only had enough money for a one-way ticket 😅. So with $100 in my pocket, I went to the unknown, 10,000 km away, and lived there for almost 5 years. I guess this story is about how taking risks can pay off, and maybe it can even be linked to cryptocurrency - but I’ll let you decide. If anyone is interested, I can write a sequel.

Wow! I almost missed this story! Of course I want to continue. 5 years!! This is a very exciting adventure and a cool experience. Tell me about life there and how you adapted without knowing the language and money, was it a long time ago, how many years? Read you and think that your life is somewhat similar to a parallel universe, where I am the main character and these are my adventures ))))

In fact, 4.5 years in two trips. It was really hard only the first half of the year, then it became easier. But there will be a gradual development of the story in the posts, they are limited to 320 letters)
